I’ve been experimenting with shooting Fomapan 400 at ISO 3200 and developing it at a higher-than-usual temperature to shorten processing time. By using stock D-76 and increasing the temperature to around 24°C, I found a promising approach that retains usable contrast and shadow detail. This method seems particularly well-suited for tropical climates, offering a more efficient and climate-aware way to approach film development in warmer regions.
