Present on Lomography from 2017 to 2024 under the pseudonym @gheinz, I left the platform at the beginning of June 2024 due to a deep disagreement with the policy and the spirit of the management team of @lomography. In complete indifference, @lomography deleted my almost 12,000 photos (and more than 620,000 likes). When commercial logic prevails over the artistic approach and the bonds of solidarity between the members of a community passionate about film photography, there can only be disappointment and immense frustration. I searched in vain for alternatives, I found nothing satisfactory. I have been back since the beginning of November 2024 with a new pseudonym @ketchfoto to find within the community the photographer friends who are dear to me. I have no illusions about the policy of the management team of @lomography. Since my return, I have only had the pleasure of sharing my photos, but I refuse to participate in any competition or accept any rewards from Lomography (like LomoHome of the day or Photo of the day).

Présent sur Lomography de 2017 à 2024 sous le pseudo @gheinz, j'ai quitté la plateforme début juin 2024 à cause d'un profond désaccord avec la politique et l'esprit de l'équipe dirigeante de @lomography. Dans une indifférence complète, @lomography a effacé mes presque 12.000 photos (et plus de 620.000 likes). Quand les logiques commerciales l'emportent sur l'approche artistique et les liens de solidarité entre les membres d'une communauté passionnée par la photographie argentique, il ne peut y avoir que de la déception et une immense frustration. J’ai cherché en vain des alternatives, je n’ai rien trouvé de satisfaisant. Je suis de retour depuis début novembre 2024 avec un nouveau pseudo @ketchfoto pour retrouver au sein de la communauté les amis photographes qui me sont chers. Je suis sans illusion sur la politique de l’équipe dirigeante de @lomography.
Depuis mon retour, j'ai juste le plaisir de partager mes photos, mais je refuse de participer au moindre concours et d’accepter les gratifications de Lomography (de type LomoHome of the day ou Photo of the day).

Ich war von 2017 bis 2024 unter dem Namen @gheinz auf Lomography präsent und verließ die Plattform Anfang Juni 2024 aufgrund einer tiefen Meinungsverschiedenheit mit den Richtlinien und dem Geist des @lomography Managementteams. Völlig gleichgültig hat @lomography meine fast 12.000 Fotos (und mehr als 620.000 Likes) gelöscht. Wenn kommerzielle Logik über den künstlerischen Ansatz und die Solidarität zwischen den Mitgliedern einer Gemeinschaft mit Leidenschaft für Filmfotografie siegt, kann es nur Enttäuschung und immense Frustration geben. Ich habe vergeblich nach Alternativen gesucht, nichts zufriedenstellendes gefunden. Seit Anfang November 2024 bin ich mit meinem neuen Name @ketchfoto zurück, um in der Community die Fotografenfreunde zu finden, die mir am Herzen liegen. Ich mache mir keine Illusionen über die Politik des @lomography Managementteams.
Seit meiner Rückkehr habe ich einfach das Vergnügen, meine Fotos zu teilen, aber ich lehne die Teilnahme an Wettbewerben ab und akzeptiere in keiner Weise Belohnungen von Lomography (wie LomoHome des Tages oder Foto des Tages).
