Taedong (Northkorea #10)

On our way to the west sea barrage we passed the incredible Kuwol Mountains and got hyperlucky with the weather. The very interesting Nampo Dam seperated the sea from the bay of the Taedong river, fresh and salty water. At the same time it's producing energy. They have used tenthousands of army workers to build the dam. And now it's a tourist destination you can only pass with a special permit!
