Despite delay, our flight from Manila to Dipolog was safe and well. We were greeted upon arrival by the welcome party of Tunogtugan: 1st International Gongs and Bamboo Music Festival which Dipolog - the bottled sardines capital of the Philippines - graciously hosted from February 16 - 21. Textured my shots with random circles of various images.
