   @andrejrusskovskij it's quite easy. Take a S-Bahn to Berlin-Schöneweide ( lines 9, 8, 45, 46, 47). When you leave the station just go across the big street in front of you and then about 50 meters to the left and there you are. It's an old abandoned brewery.
