Testing the glass lens for Diana F+. Maybe I should have chose a more vibrant film than Kodak Portra 160.
Interesting results. The photos are sharp, yet somehow also have a flat quality, as if there were no depth of field. Really not sure about it yet, but definitely something a bit different. As a matter of interest is this a fixed aperture lens?
@alex34 Thank you for commenting. The aperture is controlled by the camera still. This was shot at f/22. I am not sure if it is a property of the lens or perhaps an over compensation of the scanning software. The film was very flimsy and I had to keep adjusting to keep it from coming in contact with the glass bed. The film also had muted tones and did not do the natural bounty of strong color justice.
