Retamo is a little town located about 10 kilometers from the community of Alto del Carmen and 59 kilometers from Vallenar – northern part of Chile, Region III. This is where my sister (Carlita) retrieves when she wants to relax…lovely place!!! These pics are from my recent visit to Chile along with my family at the beginning of the year….I hope you are well Carlita and like the album!!! I hope to be back soon!!!

I'm a big fan of Elliott Smith. So, with my lomofriend @doorman762003, we agreed to make a filmswap as tribute to this great musician. So, he takes the 1st part in Osorno, south of Chile, to some pictures of Elliott, covers of his albums, etc. And I did the 2nd shot, walking down by the Alameda of my city, on a cloudy day, hearing on my i-pod this song, "Alameda", of the Either/Or album, trying to discover what was the feeling of Elliott when he wrote this song.

So I decided to get myself on the train and go to YSP. It was a fantastic day out, free too. Beautiful grounds, lake and the best bit were the sheep all hanging out by the Henry Moore sculptures.
My first self developed colour roll and my first X-Processed film. I thought I wrecked the film when it came out blue and foggy. The fog went away during drying, and the colour seemed to scan well.

Really cool indie festival. Good music and beautiful people. The film got a little bit loose inside the cameras and I got some burns on it again. I love how some numbers and letters got 'printed' in the negative.
