Charity shop find. It said Pentax on it so I had to have it. The thing about the P30 (fixed in later versions) is that it lacks its predecessor the ME Super's aperture priority mode, being program or manual only. I love Av mode - 99% of the time I depend on aperture not shutter speed for the composition of my photos, so it's by far the most useful function for me of any camera. Thus, the original P30 is less pleasant to use than its predecessor and successor. Still, as with all Pentax SLRs, it gives great results and the Pentax-A 50mm f1.7 lens is a beauty.
