The day after the health caravan project was held to provide maternal and pediatric care for the indigent people of Pangasinan, I took time to do an exercise walk in the morning along the beach and then to the provincial plaza where the capitol is located. Took these shots in front, at the side and at the back of the magnificent building. Neoclassical that is typical of the American colonial architectural design at that time it was built in 1917, it has a central part topped by a triangular pediment, dentil (tooth-like) molding at the base of its roof and the huge Roman Doric columns. Restored and renovated in 2008, the building still stands proud of its history and beauty.
