Made the mistake of loading film in the Lubitel and then leaving her on a shelf for a month. When I grabbed her to go into the city, back opened, film jammed, etc. I need to be more attentive, she is so jealous.

You really got some great results. I'm always delighted with my Lubitel whenever I use it.
It seems the Olympic edition has some quirks including frame advance problems and the back has a tendency to open. My Lubitel 2 has been neglected for at least five years. There's a film in it but I've forgotten what speed it is. I *will* be using it for my 52 project soon.

This is not the way to treat a Russian lady. ;) Love the pics anyway! The Lubitel 166 Universal has an improved closing-knob for the back, it doesn't open so easy. Could be an alternative. :-)
