1000 Mile Tree - Weber Canyon Feb 2022

Abstract Art created photographically thanks to motion and light. 1000 Mile Tree marking Union Pacific 1000 mile mark from Omaha, Nebraska on 15 January 1869. At the 1000 mile marker, there was a pine tree on the trail in the canyon. A sign was placed on the tree. The tree eventually died, but another was planted in its place in a special fenced area on the original line. Tour of North Central Utah, Weber Canyon. Shot on Kentmere 100 at ISO 80. Very late afternoon and light problems. Nikon N90s with Nikkor 18-55mm AF DX lens. #DXonFX body. Developed in DIY homebrew PA - Rodinal. 1:100 stand developed for 60 minutes. Fixed in Ilford Hypam 1:4 for 6 minutes.
