He had his lights on and people were still making their turns first and not letting the officer go.

Another try at some b&w developed with stand method. They came out pretty good, not the best I like them. These were shot with Kentmere 100 and developed with Rodinal @ 1:100 for 70 min. The Kentmere film work much better then the TMax and I would get this film again. I want to try some other films to see how they work out as well.
