The night before my birthday I went out to Lafayette and hung out at a local bar with 2 of my best friend plus some.
They bought me drinks and we danced a little between the pool tables; I saw some friends whom I haven't spoken to since I graduated college; it was a really chill night but it was exactly what I needed.
This is the first night since we split 8 months ago that I've hung out with my ex. It was sweet of him to make it out for this night--we've been friends for a long time and will continue to be.
Oh yeah, he bought me a mug shaped like a canon SLR lens for my bday!
