Rollei IR400 not as sensitive?

Few weeks ago I shot a roll of Efke IR820. I liked the Woods effect but found it a tat grainy. Some of you mentioned the Rollei IR400 having finer grain. I gave it a shot and though I like the fine grain, I feel like the Wood effect is less visible. Could be due to using a different camera though.
