Cécile Schuhmann: Low-fi Superheroes

Square Magazine presents for your inspiration : Cécile Schuhmann by Low-fi Superheroes. Have a read, feel the passion and then submit your own text and Images for a chance to be published in the Square Magazine Online and in their début hard copy book due to release on 15th December.

I could have called them “The unbearable lightness of being”, but in fact they are only about flying kids, people or animals, some kind of low-fi super heroes. All the photos in this collection are shot in B&W, taken with Holga, DianaF+ or Lubitel and processed in my own darkroom.

Films : Ilford HP5
Film and photos home processed and printed using a Durst 600 enlarger

It is a quarterly, bilingual French and English Magazine now accepting submissions to be featured in the special edition “A Year In Square” which will also be published as a hard copy book due to release on 15th December.
