Tested the Yashica Dental-Eye with a roll of Rollei RPX 100 souped in my goofed HC110, Dilution H (15.5ml syrup to yield 32oz.) for 16 minutes. Super contrasty and a bit overexposed. Need to take it down a notch on the EV scale for the next roll.

First time ever using a Canon AE-1. Honesty, I respect the place this camera holds in the history books, but not really all that impressed. It is a function thing, not the way these photos turned out. Anything wrong with these is a result of me challenging metering conditions and my choice of developer (read as user errors). Ended up giving this camera away to my son's long-time girlfriend, who has an interest in learning photography. Tested with Kentmere 400 Pan souped in my goofy HC110, Dilution H (15.5ml of syrup to make 32 oz.) for 12 minutes.
Took a trip to see my son in New Mexico in January. Took the opportunity to have him don his Mandolorian kit and take some photos in the high desert. These are some of what I shot on film; mostly shot digital (which is good because I goofed on loading my film in the blazing son....hence the light leak). Developed in HC110, Dilution H (my goofed version of 15.5 ml of syrup to make 32 oz of working solution) for 9 minutes. My son makes camera-ready props, mostly in the Star Wars/Mandolorian vein. Took in trip in January to see my son out in New Mexico. Spent some time in the high desert and in White Sands National Park. Great trip. Taken with Kodak Tri-X and developed in HC-110, Dilution H (my goofed version: 15.5 ml of syrup for 32 oz. of working solution) for 9 minutes in a stainless steel take (2 x 120 reels).
