Siberia. Winter. River. Strong blizzard. Several years ago, two banks of a large river were connected by a modern bridge. A city beach was organized near the bridge. Experienced builders complemented the architectural ensemble with an elegant canopy for security and rescue officers. On the plate there is the inscription RESCUERS.
