Elephant Camp - camp for the rehabilitation of working elephants

The pandemic provides time and peace to bring a lot of things in order - today I have again explored many boxes and scanned more than 200 hundred negatives and prints which I had forgotten or thought to be lost. This one is from 2012 - in 2010 and 2011 I had a particular challenging work life - 60+ hours a week, hardly a day off for two years. So I took some time out and also distance and went to my "Shangri La" - Koh Chan/Thailandg in Thailand on my own. Just very simple - a couple of t-shirts, a rucksack and a bungalow for 12 $ the night. 14 days tranquility and I was re-charged. The negatives were stored in cellulose envelopes which obviously attracted some kind of liquid and some of the pulp glued to the negatives..so had to flush and re-dry the negatives. Canon AE-1 with Kodak Gold.
