Second roll from my 1930s leica iii and elmar 50 f 3.5. No keepers but a satisfying roll for the tones and a successful test of my rangefinder adjustments. The camera although lovely to look at and quite good fun to use is just a not very light tight box but that lens, wow, it has a certain vintage magic to it, not too contrasty , not too sharp, perfect for my nostalgia trips when paired with a classic emulsion like double X. Trying to keep the contrast down I stand developed these in rodinal, might try a pull with xtol next time if the light is good....
