   We once had a holiday apertment somewhere on the upper third of the stairs. I caught a scorpion in the be room one day (not kidding)

   @msiegel : thanks for the likes. Did you make pictures during your stay in the "cinqueterre park" ? I knew there were scorpions in Liguria but I have never seen one...

   Yes, I actually have. Time seems to have halted there since 2009. A few pics:

   Forgot to say: No scorpion pics, sorry, it was in the evening. I caught it with a glass and carried it down a few turns of the stair and threw it in the bushes.
