   Jean louis, how does the Jupiter 8 do on the bessa l? Does the range scale on the lens seem accurate? I wanted to go 40mm or wider on my bessa but I might have to sick with a Jupiter 3 or 8. Just wondering how 50mm seems to work. Your images look great, of course.

   @MIKE1ALLISON Hello Mike, The jupiter 8 fits very well on the bessa L as all M39 screw lens except jupiter 12 (because the rear lens is very proeminent). You have to set the range scale by approximation as there is no telemeter! Then a 50 mm is quite difficult to handle on this camera because of the short focus range at f 4 or f 5.6. A 35 mmm is better (I am looking for a serenar, canon and leitz are too expensive for the kind of photos I do). Thank for your kind comment.
