...where the (wild)monkeys are...

...short trip down south to Oita, Beppu, Yufuin.. visiting Takasaki Yama near Beppu, which has quite a big population of wild monkeys living in the woods of the mountain.

    they look so nice and calm, maybe Japanese monkeys have more zen than the Indian/Malaysian monkeys that i encounter that wanted to EAT MEEEE!!!
