amazing piece of architecture

we weren't planning to visit cordoba, but I am glad we did.
We were quite lucky to arrive late in the evening, 'cause we saw the town empty, in all it's mysterious glory. During the day it wasn't that enjoyable- too many tourists. But I was very happy to visit the famous mosque.

@artichekt you should one day! to be honest, I didn't know about this place. I knew Cordoba was famous for something, but no details. so I was pleasantly surprised!
