Grainy Infrared

I was so scared of the super dark IR filter that I ended up overexposing everything. :(
I dont know why the pictures turned out so grainy though. Might it be because I set the ISO of the camera on 25?
(If you know about IR photography I'm all ears about eventual tips and tricks :D)
