Daydreaming with Typhaine by Diane Sagnier

Diane Sagnier shot an intimate and delicate video triptych with the Daguerreotype Achromat Art Lens. See her friend Typhaine as she daydreams in her tiny Parisian flat and then wanders in Montmartre narrow streets.

"It's a triptych work combining absurd and real, I followed my friend on Sunday in Winter and I asked her to talk a bit.

Without any script, in her intimacy, we go through the walls of her Parisian flat, looking at soul on a morning and then we wander in the gray narrow streets of Montmartre, following her in her neighborhood. She moves without any interactions with her surroundings, like a ghost with melancholic thoughts about the world."

Once night has fallen, memories surge back like sparkles

But are they real or dreams ? She doesn't remember.
