No matter how far human technology advances, it still succumb to the paralyzing power of nature. As seen in this photo captured by duffman, a strong blizzard halted New York's ever-moving stream of cars and people. Guess the cab driver wished he just stayed at home. Good thing, these people were kind enough to lend a helping hand despite the freezing cold.
