薬師寺 "Yakushi-ji temple"

”East Pagoda(in Japanese 「東塔 toutou」)” is disassembled in 2012. Central pillar of the pagoda (in Japanese「心柱 shinbashira」) had corroded, and edges of the eaves of the pagoda had sagged. A seven-storey scaffold completely surrounds the "East Pagoda", and repair work will continue to 2020.
