While I was in Lisbon, I went to the botanical garden to test my new Nikkor 105/2.5 lens ... I must say that this lens has a beautiful rendering, a great sharpness and a nice soft background when shot wide open at f2.5.

This project started some time ago, when I loaded a roll of Fuji Velvia 50 into the Sprocket Rocket and realized that I did not have enough light to shoot on the hike, so I shot it anyway and vowed to double it. Next was a trip into Vancouver, also not so bright, so I dutifully shot the roll and rewound it again. I later took it to the marina in Gibsons Landing for a third go. Triples over four months in three different locations. Cross processed in Tetenal Colortec C-41.
