Pre-Apocalyptic Toronto, Just Before the Bang

I suspect this is what the skyline of Toronto would look like from near Sunnyside Park, during those last few seconds, as the blast wave moves in across the lake.

It was the magic hour just before sundown. The sky was awash with purples and pinks on the cold late-December day. I thought I could probably squeak out one more photo on that first roll, so I pulled over into the park down by the lake on the way home, planning to get a shot of the Toronto skyline. I guess the exposure was a little long for 800 ISO film - that tall shadow in the middle is the CN Tower. End of the roll, approx. 1 - 2 second exposure. (First roll of film on the new Diana F+. Dec. 26, 2010.)
