Praktica+Lensbaby Nov 2021

Using vintage film camera lenses seems to be a bit of a trend in the world of digital photography... I decided to go all counter-intuitive creative maverick and try the exact opposite – i.e. fit a modern lens into an old SLR. Armed with a cheap EOS-to-M42 adapter ring, I screwed my Lensbaby Composer into a suitably flat-faced Praktica LLC. Success! While the added focal length from the adapter screwed up my focusing (the LB is only really usable as a macro lens), the results are... interesting.

@neufotomacher Thanks! It's a bit darker than I expected, but the film I chose works surprisingly well in low light.
