Monument surgeon Sergei Ivanovich Spasokukotsky established in Moscow in 1947, in the park on the territory of the 1st City Hospital, where he worked until his death. The opening took place on the eve of the four-year anniversary of the death of the scientist-surgeon.
The authors of the project are sculptors Lishev Vsevolod Vsevolodovich and his student - Belashova Ekaterina Fedorovna.
A bronze bust of the surgeon is mounted on a high granite pedestal three-stage. From the granite memorial plaque is made and black with the name and dates of major life - birth and death.

Spasokukotsky Sergey Ivanovich - the surgeon, academician of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, the founder of the clinical school. Over the years, he worked as a professor of surgery at Saratov University, head of the Clinic of Surgery of the 2nd Moscow
Medical Institute, director of surgery of the Institute of Blood Transfusion, the chief surgeon of medical-sanitary control of the Kremlin.

    Zenit-35F - Soviet compact camera, simplified 35 mm, (was designed by N.I.Panchenko), production of the Leningrad Optical and Mechanical Association.
    The camera is designed for novice photographers. Produced by LOMO for export only (United Kingdom) in 1987-1993 (it produced 75,620 units).
    Fixed focus Minitar-1 5.6/35mm lens. Single-speed shutter 1/125s. Underexposure signal. Built-in flash with ready light. Cameras with total black body or painted in red colour.
    LOMO camera combination produced under the trademark of another company - Krasnogorsk mechanical plant.
