On Kuibyshev street Ekaterinburg city is a Park named after Pavlik Morozov, formed in 1936. In fact, among Residents of the Urals metropolis Park Pavlik Morozov called the garden.
By early 2011 the Park named Pavlik Morozov was in terrible condition. 30 may 2014 the impossible happened: new completely renovated Park was opened. Those who have been to the Park before, just could not believe my eyes.
All lovers to relax in nature without leaving the urban area, enjoy a rich diversity of trees and shrubs. A total area of about 7 hectares, there are more than 6 thousand shrubs and trees of 23 species. The abundance of paths and alleys in the Park allows to spend a long time walking around all the time different and new routes.
Refreshed in the Park. Pavlik Morozov now there are not only benches, manicured flower beds and beautiful rotunda. And in the background you can see towering over the entire Park TV tower.

History note: Pavel Trofimovich Morozov (Pavlik) is a Soviet schoolboy, student Gerasimovsky school Tavdinsky district of the Ural region, in Soviet times known as the pioneer-hero, who stood against the kulaks in the face of his father and and paid for it with his life. Some saw in him the face of the hero, others claimed that he was an rat (informer) and no feat did not commit.
In his young age he believed in Communist ideas. In 1930, according to the official version, he told his father, who as Chairman of the village Council forged certificates for the fists that they were allegedly dispossessed. As a result of father Pavel was sentenced to 10 years. For his heroism, the boy paid with his life: he along with his younger brother stabbed in the woods when the boys picked berries. In the massacre later accused all members of the Morozov family. In the murder were found guilty of his own paternal grandfather Sergey and 19-year-old cousin Daniel, and grandmother of Xenia (as the accomplice) and the godfather Paul Arseny Kulukanov, who was his uncle (as the village fist — as the initiator and organizer of the assassination). After the trial Arseny Kulukanov and Danila Morozov were shot, octogenarian Sergei and Ksenia Morozova died in prison. Complicity in the murder was accused and another uncle Pavel, Arseny Silin, but during the trial he was acquitted.
