I recently moved to Berlin to assist two photographers during my last semesters of Uni. Working an additional job to finance the whole endeavor resulted in me shooting only one roll of film during the first 2-3 months in Germany's capital. I couldn't let that be my new standard and I shifted priorities. Now, I am working more and more on my own projects and the first smaller one I did was a go-see with Jasmin for her agency. I dusted off my trusty Pentax 6x7 and put my favorite bw stock through it. I am quite happy to say I did not forget how to take pictures apparently.

After the Lubitel photos, the Fed ones. This rangefinder is really a nice camera to handle, and the Jupiter 8 is a jewel. The only annoying point is the rewind button, quite hard ti turn, you have to be patient ! I didn't use any light meter, I based my settings on the "sunny 16 rule" - it worked well, but maybe sometimes I should have opened one stop lower. The sun was behind the clouds mostly, but when it came out, the floor tiles reflected the light quite strongly.
I had a few days during my trip to Kenya and used the time luckily for a little safari in the Masai Mara. Very inspiring and a must on everyones bucket list. We also passed the border to the Serengeti in Tansania. Which is convenient, because I am collecting countries :)
