   I think it was f/1.8 @dreadlockboy, it was as wide as my lens could go

   I think it was the kit lens for the cameras from back then @dreadlockboy. A very good kit lens :)
   I wish I could play around with the 50mm F/1.4 or the F/1.2, i think the depth of field you can get with those two lenses would be ridiculous :D

   my friend have AE-1 too,but the lens is different from our,he have the F/1.2 ...lucky boy...maybe someday i will try that lens...:D

   Your friend is very lucky @dreadlockboy, it seems quite difficult to get that lens.
   Hopefully one day I'll be able to try out that lens too :D
