   @vince-bj it is so ..and wind ..it's more cold. what is your usual winter temperatures?

   The usual winter daytime temperatures are between 13-20C and maybe once or twice a year it can just about get down 0C. Unless the weather is really bad you never really need to wear a coat. Out in the desert the nights can get down to -8 to -10, but basically its very different here and the older people that have never traveled have never seen snow.

   32C it is normal for our region in the summer and almost no a rains
