the building was empty and there was a sign that everyone who steps on the estate will be prosecuted. and they had cams to watch over the empty building. i guess it would really have consequences to step on it because otherwise there would have been a tag or graffiti but there was nothing. it was a damn clean estate with not even a paper on the ground.
