The Station Fire Memorial

The temporary memorial to the victims of The Station Nightclub Fire which took the lives of 100 young, outgoing people on February 20th, 2003.

Please Lomographers, be AWARE of ALL of your exits EVERYTIME you enter a nightclub. Too many of us Rhode Islanders lost a loved one in this tragedy.

This photo was published in Light Leaks Magazine issue #12, "Evidence".

I'm sorry about what happened. You have done an amazing photo. It stands in front of me and even though I watch your other shots, still think about that fire. This is truly an art.
